These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by RIF-LOGISTIC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging with our services, you (“the Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to adhere to these Terms.

  1. Service Agreement

By using our logistics services, you enter into a binding service agreement with RIF-LOGISTIC. This agreement encompasses all services, including but not limited to freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and any other services we provide.

  1. Booking and Charges

2.1. Charges for our services will be calculated based on the rates and terms specified in your service agreement with RIF-LOGISTIC.

2.2. Additional charges may apply for services not explicitly covered by your service agreement, including customs fees, duties, and other government-imposed charges.

  1. Payment Terms

3.1. Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. Payment must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services and additional charges.

  1. Liability and Insurance

4.1. RIF-LOGISTIC shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay in the transportation or storage of goods, unless such loss, damage, or delay results from our negligence.

4.2. We recommend you maintain insurance coverage for your goods in transit or storage, as RIF-LOGISTIC’s liability is limited by law.

  1. Claims and Disputes

5.1. In the event of loss, damage, or any dispute regarding our services, you must notify RIF-LOGISTIC in writing within a specified timeframe, as outlined in your service agreement.

5.2. All claims will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in your service agreement.

  1. Termination of Services

6.1. Either party may terminate services with written notice, as specified in the service agreement.

6.2. RIF-LOGISTIC reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you breach any terms outlined in this agreement.

  1. Governing Law

7.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RIF-LOGISTIC is registered.

  1. Modification of Terms

8.1. RIF-LOGISTIC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
